What does H2ogas sell?+
Reusable cleaning cloths, brushes, drying racks and tidy storage for the home. We sell physical consumer goods only — no services, installation or repair.
Do your products use chemicals?+
No. Our cloths and brushes are designed to work with water alone. We make no disinfecting, sanitising or health claims; they are everyday cleaning tools.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices and charges are shown and taken in US Dollars (USD).
How much is shipping?+
Standard shipping is a flat $6 per order and is free over $55. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery estimates.
How long does delivery take?+
After dispatch: 2–4 business days in the UK, 4–8 in Europe, 6–12 to the US and Canada, and 8–16 to the rest of the world. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, used cloths, brushes and sponges cannot be returned. See the Returns & Refund Policy.
How do I pay?+
At checkout you pay securely by card or wallet through our payment processors. We never store your full card details. Your statement shows H2OGAS STORE.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship worldwide from the UK. Import duties or taxes may apply at your destination and are the recipient's responsibility.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?+
Yes. Use our bulk order form for property, hospitality and office quantities and we will send a quote.
How do I look after the products?+
Each product page lists a care note. In general, machine-wash cloths and mesh bags without fabric softener, and rinse and air-dry brushes and holders.
