h2ogas.shop is operated by H2O HEATING AND GAS SERVICES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05632085, with a registered address at Y Garth, Capel Seion Road Drefach, Llanelli, SA14 7BN, United Kingdom. We are a consumer retailer of reusable cleaning cloths, brushes and home storage. We sell physical goods only and do not provide installation, repair or any trade or contracting service.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply at your destination. We try to keep pricing accurate; if an obvious error is found, we will contact you before dispatch with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card details. Your card statement will show the descriptor H2OGAS STORE. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Our products are everyday cleaning and storage goods for ordinary household use. We make no medical, sanitising, disinfecting, fire, safety or certification claims. Use products as described and follow the care notes on each product page.

All site content, product photography and text is owned by or licensed to H2ogas and may not be copied without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
