Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed at a weekend are processed the next business day. You receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: 8–16 business days after dispatch.

Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs inspection and remote destinations can extend transit times.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is a flat $6 per order, and is free on orders of $55 or more (after any discounts, before tax). All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD.

Every order ships with tracking. Your dispatch email contains a tracking number and a link to the carrier. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@h2ogas.shop.

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, or an item is missing, email support@h2ogas.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Do not discard damaged items until your claim is resolved.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs may apply where the address provided was incorrect. Refused parcels are refunded less the original outbound shipping cost.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund these charges, and parcels abandoned at customs are treated as refused parcels.
